Solution:Regularly clean the unit with a squeeze of lemon juice and water (descale process). Bring to boil and allow to sit for about 10 minute. Drain off and rinse with plenty of cleaning. If persists, bring the unit to Authorised Serving Centre for replacement (purchase required). Please note, de-scaling will shorten the life span of the unit.

Why does the “ON” lever not lock when pressed?

Why does the light fail to display, although the kettle is functioning?

Why is there a strange smell during the initial use?

Potential Cause:The nature of the material during production.

Solution:Fill the kettle with clean water to the "MAX" mark and bring to boil. After discarding the initial boiled water, the kettle is ready for use.

Why is there no power supply when switched on?
